Order cash and coin for collection - use our online form and collect at a branch near you

Foreign currency exchange

Transfer between accounts or make international payments

Night safe facilities - secure lodgement process for outside of regular banking hours

In branch ATMs - offers convenience and quick service for cash withdrawals and balance enquiries

Saturday opening - many of our branches now have Saturday opening, for times when you just cant make it

Bank on Wheels - find out if there is a mobile branch in your area

Creating New Users

To add new users to the Bankline service:

• Click Administration
• Click Manage Users
• Click Create User
• Enter user’s details
• Click Continue
• Click the Role of that user
• Click Continue
• Click Continue on Order details (tick the box for smartcard reader if required)
• Click Confirm. Bankline will email an activation code to the new user
• Click Continue
• Click Confirm New User

A role marked with a ‘padlock’ will need authorisation using your smartcard reader
