Understanding Overdrafts

An overdraft is a form of short term borrowing and is repayable on demand. If you don't repay what is owed, you could harm your credit score and borrowing capability. Understand the cost and impact of overdrafts and use our eligibility checker to find out if you’re likely to be approved below.

Now please take a look at the important information

In the month of July of the year after your graduation, subject to our assessment of your financial position, your Graduate Account will be converted to a Current Account. We will write to you 60 days before doing this.

We may need security (by way of a personal guarantee) for certain overdraft facilities or loans and we may carry out credit scoring. Overdrafts are repayable on demand.
