Video Banking is one of the ways you can bank with us. Instead of coming into a branch, you can use your smartphone, tablet or computer to speak to us about our range of products and get a free face-to-face Financial Health Check wherever you are.

It’s easy to use, confidential and secure and you can book an appointment between 8.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 3pm Saturdays.

If you're a Premier Banking customer, please speak to your Premier Banking Manager to arrange a video appointment.
