If you have been invited to use DigiDocs to complete your application, the ideal and easiest way to provide your documents is by taking photographs of them using your device and upload using the DigiDocs online tool. However, if you are having trouble using Digidocs and can not complete your application this way then you can get help with this in a branch.

Unfortunately, we only have this functionality availble on a mobile phone or tablet.

You will need to log in to the portal using a mobile or tablet and provide evidence of your Photo ID as well as take a selfie.

You need to upload your ID within 10 minutes of uploading your Photo ID so we can compare them.

Top tip:

If you're using an iPhone or iPad to upload your selfie, you need to upload the photo from your photo library rather than taking photos and uploading them directly from your camera. Please make sure your selfies are saved to your library so you can complete your selfie upload.
