If you need help with a transaction and you want a debit or credit card refund, Cora can help.

How to dispute a transaction


1. Start a chat with Cora and type 'card payment dispute'

2. Answer a few questions 

3. Depending on your situation, Cora will tell you what you need to do to get a refund

Tap to Call is a new feature in our app via Message us.

You can now simply tap a button to call some of our teams, saving you time dialling a phone number.

Tap to Call isn't available for all teams and instead you'll be given a number to call.

Adding or Removing a Party from an account

Cora can now show you how to amend an account, whether you want to add a party or to remove them. Previously you would need to visit a branch to make any changes.

To remove or add someone to an account, ask Cora one of the following depending on what you want to do:

  • 'I want to remove someone from my account'
  • 'I want to add someone to my account'
