By submitting this form you are confirming:

  1. That you want to proceed with a product switch to the product selected using Self-Service online. You understand that the deal will not be put in place until you complete the paperwork which Ulster Bank will provide - this includes a Loss of Protection document, which you must sign and return.
  2. You have decided to use Ulster Bank's Self-Service online. This means that you choose the mortgage yourself, and we do not give you advice or assist you in making your choice. You should only use Self-Service online if you are confident that you are able to choose the right mortgage for your circumstances and are happy to take responsibility for your decisions.

    Unlike our Advice service, you will not benefit from the protection of us assessing the suitability of the mortgage for you. You are responsible for whether your selection is appropriate for your needs.
  3. If you feel your circumstances may have changed or are concerned about your ability to make your mortgage repayments, you can receive advice. To book an appointment call 0345 300 6086 or request a call back.
  4. If you elect to add any product fees to the mortgage you will pay interest on the fee over the full mortgage term.
  5. Interest only customers only - that you have a repayment plan in place which is on track to repay your mortgage in full by term end.
