Sometimes we may need to obtain proof of your identity and address. We try to do this electronically but sometimes we need to see physical proof. You can provide this documentation in one of three ways:
Online ID Checker
Providing documents using our secure Online ID Checker is the quickest way to get your account opened. If you are eligible for this service, we will send you an email within 48 hours of application.
You'll shortly receive an application pack in the post detailing exactly what documents we require. Simply visit your local branch where your documents will be validated and your application completed. Book an appointment now
You can return your documents along with your signed aplication form using the freepost envelope provided in your application pack. Your documents will need to be certified first.

When can I view my account online?
Once your new savings account has been opened, your account will be available to view online within the next working day

Online and Mobile Banking are the easiest ways to manage your savings whenever you need to. You can view your savings accounts, transfer money, access statements and set up a savings goal.
