What's a Community Banker?

Our Community Banker’s are professionally qualified and meet our customers where it's most convenient for them – whether that's libraries, places of work, clubs, leisure centres or even customers' homes.

As well as helping customers understand how to manage their finances through our financial health check, they also play an important role in the community, helping our customers understand our many ways to bank and delivering events on fraud, scams and online security to help people keep their money safe.
