Unlock the full power of your mobile app
Unlock all the features of the mobile app by logging in, tapping your profile icon then ‘Unlock new features’. We’ll send an activation code to your registered mobile number, make sure it’s correct. Once received, pop it in and you’re ready to rock!
Create your own savings goal, letting you plan ahead
Set up your own savings goal, and then track your progress each time you log into the app. Whether you want to put a little away each month or pay in one off payments. Helping you save for your future plans.
Open Banking is here
Open Banking means you can view Balances and Transactions with bank accounts you hold with most other banks, all in one place.
When you log in you will see ‘Add other bank accounts’ under your Ulster Bank accounts. Select this and follow the on-screen guide.
Once you have completed this process you will be able to view all your bank accounts in one place in your mobile app. Currently available for iOS, Android coming soon.
Manage your credit card
You now have the ability to disable various functions of your credit card in the app. You can choose to stop your credit card being used at:
- Contactless/Chip & PIN
- All of the above
To access this simply log into your app, select your credit card and you will see the list of functions you now have control over. These can all be turned on or off at any time.
