How do I order a new card to use in the card-reader?

If you use your debit card with your card-reader and you need to order a new debit card please call telephone banking.

Anytime Internet Banking card

To undertake certain actions on the Anytime Internet Banking service you may have been provided with an Anytime Internet Banking card to use. This can only be used in your card-reader on the Anytime Internet Banking service and cannot be used in shops or for making payments on the internet.
