We're currently prioritising account applications for existing Ulster Bank customers. Unfortunately this means we are not able to accept new applications for customers of other Banks. 

 

You may be able to access support more quickly by contacting your current bank.

To apply online your business must reside in Northern Ireland and have an annual turnover under £2 million. All business owners must reside in the UK or Ireland and be over 18.  Lending criteria, terms and conditions apply.

If you have an Ulster Bank personal account already, we can help with a new business account.

Applying as an existing personal customer?

 

You can apply for a new business account as an existing personal customer if you meet the following criteria:

  • Your business was established before 1st March 2020
  • You operate your business solely through an Ulster Bank personal account

Unfortunately if you don’t meet these criteria, we are not able to accept your application.
